The Giver

Just finished the Giver for book club. I loved the way the book makes you think about the nature of life, our purpose here, and how we should celebrate even the littlest things. I'd compare it in a lot of ways to Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale (yet appropriate for all ages). It definitely goes on the "when boy-by's older list."
